I think $ value penchadaniki akkarle anukunta. Before 1st thatha term it used to be 500k, he raised it to 1.2M. Ippudu malli 5M chesthadu...He doesn't have the authority to increase EB5 numbers, but can set the criteria limits. Law did not specify the amount left it to the agencies, which are under the president.

Yes you are correct. All he should do is EB5 ke rate penchali name change cheyyatam I don't think work avvadhu. He can't add new GC program or increase or decrease the limit. But e gold card won't come le just time pass muchatlu.

I think this is to severely limit F1 visas from India and fill those spots with Chinese F1s. Already, there has been a close to 30% drop in F1 visa issuances from India. So, this is what they have to do to prevent universities from being affected.

He is very mad at India because they refused to give him credit for ending the war and also refused to nominate him for the Nobel Peace Prize.
