It will be gradual. They won’t hire any H1Bs anymore. For some reason if anyone gets laid, they arr screwed. But I don’t think they will go after every H1B holder in this country

Does most companies really stopped sponsoring H1b’s ? Seems like FAANG and other tier 2 tech companies and old legacy companies are still doing the H1bs and taking the transfers.

It’s very minimal now. They will keep the best.  All the fat will be trimmed through layoffs and in person interviews. Thatha got no choice. His fan base is  against this H1Bs

Simple solution: Exclude EVC model from H1B. Anni ave sardukuntaay, Frauds pothay and hatred kuda pothadi.

Companies need contractors as much as they need FTEs. I have been in meetings where we prefer contractors over FTEs especially when we start new projects. Because of the uncertainty etc. 
 

Companies like the flexibility of not providing benefits and the ease at which they can fire contractors. In the end, we all serve corporate greed. FTEs are just hard to get rid of.
 

To sum it up, Contractors are also a necessity. That’s a true story

Your point gives ammunition to the other side of the argument....So H1B is for convenience...since its difficult to get rid off USC's we hire H1B's as contractors antav? Who stopped companies from hiring USC/GC contractors?

Unfortunately we all serve corporate greed bro. It’s not fair that these Americans demonise H1Bs. As if companies did not profit  from this system. 85% of USC/GC holders prefer FTEs. Unless it’s their second job.

Its corporate greed, there is no denying of that part. H1B's created a mafia and denied opportunities for many americans in their own land - Can you disprove this statement? Thappu chesinodu manodu kabatti chusi chudanatlu vadileyali ante dobbadu kada...coz everyone else is watching. There is a limit to tolerance and we have crossed that line by far.

But it’s multifaceted. 
 

The series of bad developments that happened in the last 15 years are

1) desis getting promoted to higher positions. They abused their power 
 

2) H4 ead 3) bad quality F1 students 

Companies benefited a lot with this.
 

In the end, they all contributed and caused damage to one and all

FAANG or MAANG Anni max 10K kuda cheyyavu bro H1B lu. Motham consulantancies ne. Okasari look at recent data you will get an idea. If wage levels are increased, what incentives does companies have to hire H1b’s over chitzens ? Attorney fees bokka thapinchi ??
