Decreasing from 60 to 30 days the allowed period for F-1 nonimmigrants to prepare to depart from the United States after completion of a course of study or authorized period of post-completion practical training; o

Providing for collection of biometric information in conjunction with an EOS application for F, J, and I nonimmigrants as may be required by 8 CFR 103.16;

1.Transfer to another school only possible after completing 1 year at the current school. Based on the below rule only Undergraduate students will even have this flexibility..

2. MS students can't change the program or school, it means they have to probably reapply for a visa and get it approved before switching to a different program or different school - Prohibiting F-1 students at the graduate education level from changing programs at any point during a program of study

3. No multiple Master's allowed. Only PhD allowed after masters

Already Post Covid oka 4 to 5 Lakhs MS students vacharu from 2022 till 2024. Vellu andaroo absorb ayyi andariki H1s ravali antene around 7 to 8 years padtundi..
