Based on the below rule only Undergraduate students will even have this flexibility.. 2. MS students can't change the program or school, it means they have to probably reapply for a visa and get it approved before switching to a different program or different school - Prohibiting F-1 students at the graduate education level from changing programs at any point during a program of study 3. No multiple Master's allowed. Only PhD allowed after masters Quote
