Yes it’s happening everywhere. Technical skills are mandatory even for managers. Mere management of resources is not going to fly anymore. 
 

Mostly local Caucasian white people will be affected by this move.
 

 

Upon being laid off, they will just channel that hatred towards us. It’s a weird cycle
