BacklogBadham Posted August 28 Report Posted August 28 https://www.reddit.com/r/h1b/s/XLbRwu0PXC Are there mental health counselors in India that can help with people who returned involuntarily? My friend had to go back to India 2 months ago since he was unable to find a job after getting laid off. I connected with him and he is not in a good situation. He is severely depressed and has lost an unhealthy amount of weight. I pray I am wrong but I think this will end really badly. I tried consoling him but it seems all his hopes and dreams were attached to being in America. He is not the first person in this situation so I wanted to ask if any of you can recommend a psychiatrist in India that deals with this kind of a specific situation. 1 Quote

yogdenon Posted October 21 Report Posted October 21 I was in a similar spot a few months ago, feeling stuck and drained. What helped me stay balanced was trying out medical cannabis flower. I got it from Releaf and it really calmed my mind without numbing it. Not saying it's for everyone, but it gave me a bit of peace when everything felt out of control. I still use it occasionally when anxiety creeps in. 2 Quote
Popular Post anna_gari_maata Posted October 21 Popular Post Report Posted October 21 Real culprit is that we don't encourage entrepreneurship instead we teach our families and kids to stay away from even 5% danger and teacher kids to hate other cultures. That automatically translated to ostracizing other states 3 Quote
Joker_007 Posted October 21 Report Posted October 21 almost 80% of indians want their kids to be in a Job rather than doing a business.... Quote
