It is not just organic that companies picked hyderabad over many other options. As far as the cities you mentioned go, yes, the credit goes to the state leadership who laid those foundations. Quote

The basic idea is from congress, without which nothing would have been possible. I am saying the credit for AP "coming 4th in a race of 4", while STPI is established in every capital, goes to CBN.
