Is it worth relocating to USA from India?

I'm 35(M) earning 60L per year (47L Base Pay + 13L stocks) and my wife(34F) earns 40L per year (32L Base Pay + 8L Bonus Pay). Company is now asking me to relocate to Seattle (USA) with L1A/L1B (yet to go through the process) and shared the offer letter with $190k Total Comp for 2025 and $210K for 2026. 

I travel there frequently so I'm not particuarly excited on relocation, but my wife would like to experience the life outside India for few years (at least that is what she feels as on today). 

I am thinking to take this opportunity, but hearing mixed thoughts from different people when asked for advise. Financially - I paid of my house loan (the house i live in currently) and vehicle loans. I currently have an active loan of 18L (for the house that I have brought for my parents).
