Sorry to hear that, but the problem is you. Did you expect anything different in that community? You should done a little due-diligence going around community and checking with other people.

Option 1 : These stupid 400-600k homes..prati jafda gaadu will be your neighbor and you have to deal with a lot of desi

Option 2 : Go 1.2-1.5 Mil and above in non california and you will avoid a lot of masses. More quality than quantity

Option 3 : Best option. Try to get a home in the 900-1 M range..Not too many desi..Unna koknchem decency maintain chestaru

Desi psychology works in a different way. If a desi goes and buys in a non desi area, then slowly two or three others will join. After that, desis will keep looking for houses in that area and keep buying houses. In less than 5 years the area will become 50% desi. 

This is how it's everywhere Toronto, New Jersey, Dallas, same story. 

Problem is updating civic sense.
