TM ran this promotion for a long time last year and early this year too. It really is a savior, buying a 600k home with 6.5% interest is the same almost as buying an 800k home with 5%. 6.5 - 7% interest rates tho konevalla financial discipline ki 2 min silence.

Tatha wouldn't do this. He would make sure more people become Bakara's (paying high price for junk)..Doesn't take any action that adversely affect real estate market.
