Seems like a big deal..if you are not into real estate business, find someone who can look after this deal through...right from checking legality, pricing, zoning etc...its very easy to walk into trap and takes life time to come out of it...proceed with caution brother.

There is no so much thing called fool proof deal in India. But I agree. This deal suggests a big caution. Since a lot of money is involved.

Thanks for the suggestion. Are there any institutions or businesses in kothapet?, how are hostels working? I usually see them on Gachibowli or Fin district side for hostels.

Which direction is the plot facing? Any previous litigation issues? What is the shape of the plot? Fruit market has massive noise and smells. 
 

On a grand scale 1 lakh per sq yard is cheap. If everything seems right, go for it. 

South-East. Fruit market is not there any more, TIMS is under construction. but the building in like 1 kilometer beside the compound wall not on the main chaitanya puri road.

It used to be a residential colonies. A lot of them moved out and rented to working men’s/womens, study halls, hostels for short term coaching like eamcet, IiT, civils, banking exams, etc. demand undi kabatte more n more buildings are converting to them. There must be a lot of coaching centers there and in dilsukhnagar. And safe area, access to metro, bus, etc.

Kothapet main road daggara 1 Lakh ante kallu muskoni teskovachu if you know there are no litigations..

Make 💯 % sure about illegal things..

how far is the plot from main road, 1 lakh is common in that area

main road ki daggara unte it will be even more

That’s makes sense. South east is not preferred by vasthu fanatics. Still a good deal. Hire a good lawyer to check if there are any legal issues. Don’t trust brokers and owners.

I love that area. 13 years ago, when I was in early 20s….I spent so much time there.  

There were so many pretty looking college girls in that area. Feeling nostalgic.

Since it is near to Metro station and OMNI hospital, this area is super good for rentals.

Mana area nee .. chala mandi  friends unnaru .. I visit that place everytime I go Hyd .. Manchi residential colony ni commercial chesesaru ..
