Is this true about tesla cars extra cost in Dallas:

1. Yearly road tax at registration renewal - 200/yr extra in texas
2. Tires change every 2yrs or 20k - avg 500/yr extra than ICE cars
3. High insurance - $100/mo extra - 1200/yr extra than ICE cars
4. Car battery drains no matter what even parked idle. 
5. Only 200 round trips are manageable. (20% - 80% battery usage is optimal)
6. Summer heat and extreme cold makes battery drain faster like 20% . Car gets unsually hotter in summer than normal car and cabin is unpleasant to drive in summer. 
7. No spare tire, Tire rotation every 6kmiles cost $85.
8. True gas savings are negligible. 
9. Home charging setup cost $1500 with parts and labor.

    Ev's ki tire lifetime is less than regular car's but 2yrs anedi worst case....3+ yrs nundi tire change cheyyakunda unna vallu chaala mandhi unnaru maa community lo....also nobody did tire rotation except one guy. So it all depends on multiple factors. Recent ga naa frnd who owns Highlander had to replace brand new tires for 25K miles...ala ani all highlander's same kaadu.

    EV's ki main advantage is you can maintain the car for 500K miles as well and experts say even more....Tesla claims upto 1million too. Dont factor wear n tear....this applies to every vehicle, but others have engine lifetime and EV's doesnt.
