Antha ledu bro. Mana avp / vp level is around 10%. But once you are here 5 years and you are not in 10% of ranking your 10% will become 5%. 
if you are in top cream you may move to 20%

No RSU’s I believe for AVP/VP’s. Base pay kuda less kada bro. Why people still stick with BofA then ?

No RSUs for AVP / VP. Unlike tech companies where they get bonus and RSU as retention. Here part of bonus for sr. Folks is in RSUs. So it’s actually bad. It’s better to get all cash bonus than get in increments next 4 years. 
why people stick - this and Citi are probably the only company where people can get away doing bare minimum. Most of these guys can’t survive in tech companies or hedge funds or Goldman sachs, Morgan kind of setup.

before covid ...150k is good. now with some tech boom, they kind of caught up ... on an average 160k to 180k depends on role. there are definetely exceptions (more or high ... depends on timing of when they are hired, skill, negotiation, etc) - But most VPs are around 150-180k range
