Rents have gone up way too high the last 5 years.. more supply will bring down the rents.. good for lower middle and middle class… 

apartments ekkuva unte, floating population untaadi.. single family homes areas die out as kids grow up and the area will Be full of empty nesters… not much economic activity.. 

Dallas lo konni areas lo schools close chestunnaru as there are not enough kids there.. anni single family homes and all kids aged out.. every area should have a mix of apartments and single family homes..
