The gun shot was a professional sniper hit.  It came at an angle from an elevation. This is most likely either someone related to US government or a contract hit for calling out Israel on couple of occasions both related to policy decisions one related to universities , other related to trade.  His overt support to Israel may not be counted perhaps! @american_desi

British Empire banned guns in it's other colonies precisely for the same reason. Be it Australia, Canada or even India.

In the case of guns, if government bans legal ownership, those that procure illegally will continue to do it anyway, be it burglars, dacoits, mafia. Right now there's deadly combination of mental health problems and gun availability, both sides won't agree to other and the saga continues.

Take the Charlotte train incident if it was a gun then whole convo will be about guns.

Those that wield power are ALWAYS few in number compared to those they would wield that power on. The numbers alone will stack up against the tech, which is why society will be kept divided. 

Tell me about yourself. If you are in Bihar, do you feel more safe by carrying a gun? Or without one in a hope that Sarkar will save you?
