business visitor visa untundi where you can work when on that visa, they will be paid  by their company in their home country but they will get per-diem

Business visa ante business purpose needs other country ki vachi job chesi return to home country....like you're buying something from Tesla..come and stay couple of months...ask them to design product in such a way that it meets your needs, test it and then return to home country with a knowledge that the product works....then import the product...

U.S. authorities said some of the detained workers had illegally crossed the U.S. border, while others had entered the country legally but had expired visas or entered on a visa waiver that prohibited them from working. But South Korean experts and officials said Washington has yet to act on Seoul's yearslong demand to ensure a visa system to accommodate skilled Korean workers needed to build facilities, though it has been pressing South Korea to expand industrial investments in the U.S.
