PPP kinda run cheyadaniki idemi private business kaadu, its education and it has to be non profit based. Has to set up a trust…and this is where things go wrong. PPP is for something which brings vamue and profit to the provate player in e change of value additions, which will help the private pkayers to make profit.

Simple ga chepalante, maaku ie pani chesi pedithe, meeku intha labham vastadi ani govt ae chepithe, oka private company funds raise chesi, invest chesi, services provide chesi, profit chusukuntadi…

But ikada, education provider kabatti non-profit and has to be a trust, when no concept of profit is present, the PPP model itself falls apart….

Which PPP model ade guys takking about ? The ones which does not have profit concept ? If there is no profit, why will it still be a PPP model ?
