dont agree with anna here. if houses are to be sold, the monthly payments have to come down.

 

monthly has principal+interest 

example principal goes up by 500 because of price increase in home. it will go down by same in interest paid.

but overall things going out of pocket will not change. Why would anyone buy ? 

 

At best if mortgage goes down. Market will be stagnant if home price raise.

looks like @Sonu_Patel  got  realtor license. so pushing his agenda. 

 

The only place where it can help is business buildings. Now they can buy or sell with lower mortage rates with RTO.

anna.. next year malla interest rates further down aenaka.. gorrela laga egapadatharu for housing..

since last year. price reductions and price reductions ani mothukunna.. and chepinatte lot of prices corrected up to 20%..

next year ilane momentum continue avvochu but inventory of homes and options taggochu.. 

so better to start looking and exploring homes and neighborhoods... chusina ventaney dorakavu ga.. chala factors untayi... I feel this is good time to lock the home.
