I am not really convinced. As someone said home prices are at all time high especially in north east. No remote options. anti immigration stance.

Just idea kosam pettina. We also have some usa examples like this. Just to think the home prices will raise for mortgages prices going down is insane.

What is my monthly mortgage is what anyone cares.  5k before and after mortgage changes  will not move needle.

 

immigration stances, no remote jobs, AI effects , boomers dying. Will change equation slow and steady. Ikkada nundi home prices won’t jump like 20% I think.

Simple logic -> mature markets it’s time to start looking. H1B markets stay away until next year. Too much inventory

Rates are dropping AFTER a hiking cycle and home prices have almost always dropped in this scenario for past 100 years.

There will also be continued job losses due to AI. Every major company with lot of employees are getting disrupted by smaller and more nimble companies.
