We should Report fraud to USCIS.

I’m reporting fraud about EB1. I know 3 people who committed this fraud.  

Let’s see if it will gain traction. I pondered about not reporting because it will make Indians look more bad. 
 

But If we don’t report it, we will never get our PD current. These MFs will jump the hoops and they will go ahead of us. Thats unfair.

Also other countries will not care about this fraud because their quota is not affected. Fraud by Indians will only affect other Indians due to country quota.

We only have few GC numbers  in a given year. Thanks to country quota.  We are actually competing with our own country people.
