Good back home, for your hard work, you will get lots of opportunities in tech/start ups. Don’t need to hang in here for H1b sponsor. No one will sponsor unless it’s @gumpumaestri aka @Sucker like fraud bodyshop who will later on leech your blood.

Original plan was to go pick them up and fly back together in a month or 2, but we are stuck now with the Visa Appointments moved and realistically making a trip impossible without H1B stamping.
Can someone advise on the best course of action and point if we are missing something legal. We are planning to do either of these 2 options .
Option 1 - Grandparents with Visitor visa , fly back within 6 months of departure just for a shorter trip just to drop off kids (They will be traveling after a 6month stay within 6 months which we have never done so far)
Option 2 - US citizen Uncle and Aunt will be traveling in a couple months to India . Tag kids along with them .
(Both with minor consent forms )
Edit -
Kids are almost 2 and almost 4

Hello everyone!
I had my H-1B visa interview on 24 October 2025 at the U.S. Consulate in Hyderabad and was issued a 221(g) white slip indicating administrative processing. No additional documents were requested at the interview. I have been on unpaid leave since 14 October, and the CEAC status has not changed since 24 October.
My employer is asking for updates, but I haven’t received any communication from the consulate so far. HR has given me a deadline of January 5 to return, and I’m concerned about the risk of losing my position if the process takes longer. They might also withdraw the petition.
Has anyone gone through a similar situation or have advice on how to navigate this with the employer or the embassy?

Hi my husband has been laid off from his company and his grace period will start from January 5 although he has started applying for jobs but considering the market these days for h1 b we think we should also start a back up plan for leaving US.. we have bought a house just last year(16 months back) and I am working on my EAD. Plz share your experience if anyone has it like what to do with the house, bank accounts , 401k and what are the best options available to pack up and send all belongings to India. Can it be possible in two months time. Any suggestions will be appreciated
