EO is clear, as much as they can mention without inviting litigation

They can’t mention people inside country because it gives leverage to liberal judges to pause the EO.

Starting now every H1b petition beneficiary including CoS, renewals, transfers can be asked to go for consular processing. Their playbook is clear to me.

What else do you expect EO to mention? Mention all H1b to leave country by Sep21?

This is not a war situation like sindoor to ask foreigners inside the country to leave immediately.

Miller is talented and gained lot of experience during first term going to courts.

He won’t mention a single extra word that opens  litigation.

SCOTUS already gave president full powers to ban entry for any foreigner during COVID time litigations. They are using that ruling in this EO, this time to prevent economic damage by consultancies.

The fees is also reasonable considering the fact it costs government money to provide services and the government is already in huge debt about $120K per citizen.

i have no idea why people are saying something is missing in the EO

No judge will question $100K fee, otherwise trump will ask the judges to pay US govt debt from their salary

They can issue i797b for National security reasons. The same discretionary authority that allowed then to waive perm for Niw cases, gives them discretion to require interviews outside country.

desis can’t complain because they enjoyed NIW waivers. Discretion works both ways
