My ex-roommate, who is not working with him anymore, said that the Windsor-Essex housing market is fueled more by marketing than real growth. He mentioned that the average house price was around $275K, but has now jumped to about $500K.

According to him, this person lured a ton of people from the Toronto area to invest in Windsor, buying up rental properties. Now, most of those investors are underwater and struggling with their mortgages. He was saying  housing prices could drop another 35–40% over the next year or two.

Personal ga teliyadhu ga, Windsor RE gurinchi naku idea undhi. It's cheap for a reason. Auto sector USMCA/NAFTA valla Mexico vellipoyaka Windsor became trash. Smallish and good weather, good pizza and easy access to detriot. Unless you work in Detroit, there is very little to do there.
