Not anymore bro. Reality is different. My HR specifically instructed not to hire anyone requiring a visa. Only exception is TN…tht too Canadians only (unofficially).

Because of bulk of F1 don't have "real skills" that will earn them money in India. No one is paying for a rotting tomato. 

H1Bs from India are looking for "Value arbitrage". USD 🙏🏻🙇🏻‍♂️ and make monies. Then due to service model of the industries in India they suffer ageism. By 45 unless they're in middle to upper management or extremely competent tech roles, their bodies & minds can't take the grind and are tossed out for youth. They try to hold on to US side of roles.

That leaves only 5-10% including tech, medicine and science& mfg. Fields. These can port themselves in India when they need.

System is NEVER going to be fixed. It's by design. Occasional swings at it to flex "power" when you need to influence things aboard and at home.
