Absolutely, if he can't change policies at least thatha creates enough mess to stop companies to hire , next step would be more and more site visits as part of firewall program announced yesterday and create unnecessary noise to make HR people to rethink about hiring people on visa ....

 

Next would be more RFEs and rejections , pending visa approvals longer than expected ... Definitely company don't want to risk

The latest change seems sensible. 

1 Lakh USD for 3 year term looks so justified that a)It will prevent those high paying jobs going to Indians by default.

b)US Gov make so much money that they can spend to tackle on illegal immigration.
