I'm not not speaking in economic terms. Dubai is anyway integrated into Western systems, visa gola gatra undadhu. Relatively easier access from India less taxes. Not much difficulty ani.

It’s not 1.4 billion as they claim but the actual population somewhere around 700-800 million ani talk.

Dubai laws are more volatile compared to something like China. As an immigrant you feel better to work with people where you can have some degree of friendship with the citizens for daily work. The rich middle east is notoriously anti-immigrant

China and Dubai are both dictatorial, only the scale differs to an extent. Tribalism is inherent in every ethnic society. Race issues between Chinese and Indians galore in both Singapore and Malaysia. Same with Arabs.

Chinese are economically and culturally much aligned than Dubai, Indians are not so accustomed to filthy rich lives of UAE. The minute your value is not much appreciated, Dubai will kick you out. China is as dictatorial as India at this point, dem is already a gamed system. Chinese are very competitive that's the only issue but once they sympathize with problems like immigration a lot of things will change drastically.
