Common misconception about desi tech talent working in the US is that they are some highly talented fellows and coming back to India will mean that they would innovate/build/deliver products in India. 

Sadly this is not the reality. We(H1Bs) are just followers, for most part, we neither have capital nor commitment. 

Even if we somehow pool the capital, there's corruption at every freaking step. I repeat corruption at every doorstep. Of course, no political connections/contacts would hamper things even further. 

To be honest, the H1Bs we have here, it will be even more problematic for India. Manam akkadiki pothey, inka unemployment peruguthadhi. Plus loss of remittances.
