Yes.

Gypsies are also called Romas ( not to be confused with Romanians) are the worst group of people in Europe. They live in Romania, Bulgaria and in slightly lesser numbers in other eastern European countries.

They live by pickpocketing, thefts etc. No one in Europe really likes them. With new visa free travelto US and Canada  for all EU countries they are now traveling to North America and doing scams here

Nomadic tribe people that primarily live in Eastern Europe. They call themselves as Romas. The common name for them is gypsies.  They have a bad reputation among Europeans as people who are very lazy, who often resort to petty crime etc. They are spread over different Eastern European countries and are minority in all EU countries. The locals in the EU countries don't like them because of gypsies propensity to be involved in crime

Gypsies are descendants of Hindu women trafficked from Western and northern India and sold in Middle East and Europe in slave trade that started during the Islamic rule in India and eventually taken over by R0th$ch1ld$ East India company.  Since women were trafficked from sexual purposes, they're mixed with Arab and some European DNA as well. They're not accepted into European societies and many were retrafficked to North America. They chose and/ were forced to choose nomadic lifestyle and lost most of their identity.
