• Does not prevent any holder of a current H-1B visa from traveling in and out of the United States.

Any updates on H1B transfer? EY has blocked my transfer because of the 100k rule and they are saying transfers are considered a new petition. I’m really disappointed. Did anyone get their transfer done after September 21st? And yes, I’m in the US

what i meant was regarding confusion, we will soon get more clarity once people seeing approvals after sep 21 cases. We are not sure about anything right, nothing in our hands. Thats why i want to be more fearless than fear mongering, it gives peace and happiness.
