They are still inflated even with  discounts.

Ivy Zelman quoted in that cnbc article herself said prices will go down in 2026.

You are not considering AI taking away jobs, people being deported, 3d printing and robotics reducing construction costs, reduction in birth rates and household formation and finally majority of homes being held by senior citizens who will move to assisted living.

Em.negotiations uncle.. 500,000 perigi 50k price reduction is not a buyer's market..just stale market. No one has money to put with interest rates still high

Prices are not inflated..cost of home construction went up.. no one wants to sell a home with 100k profit with all that effort.. it's not a feasible option..inventory low..
