Arrest related biometric records / visa extensions.

Please avoid travelling for time being if your fingerprints / biometrics are taken following your arrest anytime during your duration from the time of first entry in to US. 

 

If you are filing for extension let your lawyer know that you had an arrest and your biometrics were taken. Even if it is a false arrest . 

Also during port of entry do not talk with your fellow traveller or partner anything negative about current administration or express distrust towards administration. Just silently wait for your turn.
