H4 EAD mida chala mandi retail jobs chestunnaru.. same with F1 too.. 

IT or other high skill jobs ki proper interview (like multiple rounds of F2F interview) chesthe, they can filter out and get good candidates with proper experience.. some students have prior experience.. 

you seem to have lot of jealousy on h4 ead aunties and lot of soft corner on f1 students.. lot of ppl are equally fraud in both categories 

ipudu entry level jobs levu.. so ppl are trying to get in with fake experience.. we need more entry level jobs for students and other visa holders and even citizens too

I don’t have any jealousy. But many h4 people can apply for jobs and claim they don’t need sponsorship. That makes them eligible for many jobs. Many h1s also do not enjoy that privelege. I think your wife works on h1? That’s the reason you are trying to rationalize this whole h4 thing. It’s okay. I have seen many h4 ladies with no marketable skills. They can’t even make a conversation in meeting. May be your wife is an exception. No judgement from here. Chill

Both OPT/CPT and H4 EAD’s have that advantage.. if you want to control, both needs to be controlled.. anduke konni job listings lo no OPT/CPT antunnaru.. sometimes no H4 EAD antunnaru.. better screening will filter out the bad candidates irrespective of their visa status.. 

10 years back masters students are totally different from the masters students now.. they are now mostly a big headache to work with.. annitiki support ye… even to respond to emails.. 🤦‍♂️

Which opt/cpt guy works without any assurance on sponsorship for future dates bro? Even if they do it’s not their ideal choice.
