True. Until last year, we used to have 2 IT partners from India : LTI Mindtree and CTS. Last year we started to onboard another partner from Poland called Vention. Trust me, they are 1000 times better than the Indian talent we get from Indian vendors. Almost as good and as hard working as the Indian engineers who came here 15-20 years back.

So, if anyone is thinking  that if Indians are not here, American IT will suffer, that’s not happening. Outsourcing also may not go to only India. Just my 2 cents.

Coding antha simple kaadu kada. Not all but many IT jobs ki manam ameerpet deggarayina nerchukuntam. Americans ala alochincharu. They want proper education when doing jobs. Thellolaki training kuda expensive compared to desi guys.
