Future City Development Authority (FCDA) list of villages

The Future City Development Authority (FCDA) in Telangana oversees 56 villages across seven mandals for a new urban development project

. The authority was constituted to ensure planned growth within a 30,000-acre area, creating India's first net-zero smart industrial city.

Adhi avvadhu, Amravathi laga inko kishkindhakanda. Ibrahimpatanam story already telisindhe. Hyderabad lo ORR areas and North Hyderabad, Medchal-Shamirpet stretch are better areas. Even vanasthalipuram nearby areas are good, but prices are on the higher side.

Future city is like Jewar, Faridabad, Ghaziabad to NCR.

Expansive farm houses, gated communities etc anni idane vastayi….its kot Amaravati, its Future city where excess growth from Hydeabad will slowly move to these areas. The next 20-30 years, not 5-10 years. Neither we will have swanky towers or flashy buildings but a more relaxed growth center…
