Which businesses anna? Most of the Tech companies cannot use them as they do not integrate with Big Techs like FAMANG.. Clients of Indian blue-chip companies will not use them. Then who else will use? I can only see Zoho can be used only by TCS whose clients are Indian Govt companies and public sector ones.. I doubt even at least Indian Gov companies prefer them.. finally left with Marwadi businesses and Ameerpeta chai shops ... the revenues they generate are pea nuts. Quote

Not tech companies ,other service companies like hotels ,colleges ,hospitals might use zoho for CRM as it is much cheaper and also more flexible.
