It's likely adulterated. Drug enforcement in India is utter bull$h1t. Drug inspectors posts ee under table rate goes at 80 lakhs to 1 crore and at 30-40 lakhs rate for reserved categories.

Her example is worst. From what my dad told me, UPSC interviews have been compromised in the last 10 or so years a lot. Lot of pairavi (lobbying) plus under table dealings nadusthunnyani.

Even before, you see a lot of IAS officers come from Bihar, IAS selection Interviews play a major role in getting IAS even though weightage is less. There is no way one state gets disproportionate seats in IAS that too with worst metrics in education. They lead the pack in looting Telugu states.
