You are right that laws are leaning towards women in India. However there are sometimes real victims on the women's side as well. I don't know the story from both sides. So I can't say husband or wife is victim in both the above cases. What's true is the fact that it's extremely difficult to care for autistic children as a single mom (Even if the husband is financially supporting.) 1 Quote
