Read again anna, I said Base pay,  > 150k,  it may not much in NYC, but good pay in FL. Also equity pushes the total comp higher but base comp pretty much levels off around 220-250k kada (even in HCOL, areas).

This will never happen. This will impact big5 consultings. Example one SAP greenfield implementation needs so many consultants. GC and citizen uncles are not sufficient

i don't think soo idhi workout avvadhu ithee will effect lot of projects, H1b contractors medha nadichee projs chala vunnyii, especially State projects, they are not allowing remote

Kashtam idi, even if they try, the courts will strike it down. So many federal and state projects, companies like Boeing, defense projects are run by consulting firms.

It all depends on COL. Bay area, NYC, Boston not so much. But in small cities, it usually tier 3 and above wage.
