That’s what it going to happen ra , don’t worry. Many US companies aggressively starting GCC centers in India , 1700+ US companies already started. All these mid/low level analyst jobs will be outsourced to those locations. This layoffs are predating to the mass hiring that is about to start in those GCC centers. Unskilled/low skilled H1b uncles will be automatically fall off soon including the bodyshops.

Few of them will be in 30k layoff list chudu. Tech companies lo without skill it’s hard to survive. Legacy companies like banking/retail lo em skills lekunna one can survive longer time.
