How can India develop technology without a supply chain and to create supply chain we need money and facilities and training ,that money and facilities was provided by foreign countries to China and china slowly developed their own products and built facilities.

Foreign countries now won't invest in the same scale as they did in China because the manufacturing market is saturated and only way is for developed china to delegate it's work to india and provide facilities and training which it won't do because of political reasons.china is delegating manual work to other smaller developing nations.

 

This is a big problem for Indians. They see foreign countries and foreigners with rose colored glasses and at the same time see India with sh1t covered glasses.

China didn't do it on its own. They got lot of money,resources, design and training from United States.

At the same time, they kept stealing IP from developed countries without any repurcussions. So China and Chinese aren't some magical place filled with magical people. Main advantage they had was demographics.

Now demographics is in our favor. Chinese are getting older. They don't have people to run their factories.

You are looking at China as one entity....look at them as multiple companies and things change.

Many companies are already in the process of moving. Lot of Chinese machinery has been bought by India.

Chinese are also teaching Indians.....there are numerous youtube videos on that.

We have already started building lot of indigenous parts. Research about Dhruv64 and indegenous defense equipment.

It's not a beggar  ,there is no country in the world which has the same amount of core technologies as u.s.

ofcourse its not surprising you dont see any difference but that difference is clearly there in the tone and tenor of politicians who spoke in 90s vs now. if these 2 issues there is no difference then why did earlier govts didnt do it for 75 years?

Why?

Because it wont help anybody other than someone who tries to exploit Nationalism (even that Nationalism is a fake one, a remnant of the erstwhile British Empire) and grab votes to stay in the power.
