bros i had  case in indian court on pending divorce dispute and violated court order. Will my criminal case in india cause any isue with US naturalization application.

I don't think so but last lo add chey anna ila India lo case vundhi ani not a big deal until unless Domestic violence vunte thappa

In Trump administration every immigrant is wanted criminal in their home country. If the case still pending in India, don't apply for naturalization.

Good luck . Now a days there is no waiting. you will get interview scheduled in 1 week.

Post GC, we can start process after 4 1/2 years correct?

or wait until you finish 5?

no domestic violence bro. court ordered monthly payments to wife and I didn't respect Judge order.  contempt of court order aindhi and wife filed for application for enforcenment. I don't have properties or cash in bank account

submit the application after 4 1/2. i believe the system is scheduling the interview after your 5 year stay completion. i came to this assumption based on 2 friends application and interview scheduling.

90 days early filing rule anna. You can file early no issues

court orders ki respond kakapote it is contempt to court. will moral character outside of usa apply in US Naturalization application

US laws don't comply with Indian laws.

US laws don't comply with Indian laws. 

If you dont follow your own country laws, how will you prove you follow American laws. Lawyers are suggesting if you have any court cases, dont apply for naturalization during Trump admin.
