Ee saari 230 kaadhu kadha, 20 kooda kastame. religion and national identity tho yenni roojulu nettukostaaru? Aravalli issue is in Supreme Court's hands. I don't trust the govt but trust Supreme court. No new mining leases are being given until then. Either you are getting paid by pakis/congress or plain dumb if you think BJP is being elected only based on religion and national identity. Indian Muslims benefitted more under BJP's rule than during Congis. First of all they came into power because people were fed up with lack of development and scams during Congress. BJP has been taking strategic steps towards development and every step people like you come in the middle. We have huge subsidies on Agriculture and less investment into industries and Education. Defense is non negotiable due to our neighbors. Govt tried to reduce subsidies on loss making agriculture but people came out on streets. Farmers who are dependent on agriculture should stop farming and left companies take over. This would lead to economies of scale leading to higher yeilds, lesser food adulteration ,more jobs an huge income for India. Farmers who are not dependent on subsidies are the real farmers. Govt realized that rapid development is not possible ...so they have to do what they can based on what they get. But the problem is that we have a small window of oppurtunity to become an alternative to China. For that we have to have a big push on infrastructure. In order to do that they have to increase income from taxation and reduce wastage. People who were paying tax was less than 10% during that time. Thats why they focussed on UPI,digital economy and direct payment of subsidies. This also got more people to pay tax. They also had to increase taxes during this Build phase. Every country goes through that. Research on the mega infrastructure projects being built right now. The impact would be felt 3-5 years down the line. Sad part is that if Congress comes into power next time, they will claim credit and the Indian idiots would keep voting for congress for another 10 years. Bottom line is that we Indians as a whole are naive, selfish and bunch of idiots with no personal responsibility towards the nation. Only solution is to stop focussing on Govt and focus on educating your neighbors. In the meanwhile Govt is doing whatever it can. 1. Read about Dedicated Goods rail 2. Indian Railways Kavach system 3. tripling of subsidies for rare earth manufacturing 4. Zoji-La Tunnel 5. Bullet Train progress 6. solar/ev subsidies 7. 65% increase in National highways during BJP's rule(31000 from 2004-2014....double that from 2014-2024) 8. look at how we have been dealing with Pakistan(Indus water treaty abeyance is a huge win) and tariff issues---we have very good presence in Africa, made free trade agreements with UK, New Zealand and Oman 9. Number of Airports have more than doubled during BJP's time 10. 500 million new bank accounts 11. UPI payment system 12. Only 40% had access to toilets in 2014......over 90% right now(88% in 2023/24) 13. Power Generation capacity was 249 GW in 2014 with most of the growth through Coal....it crossed 500 GW in BJPs time and the growth came from cleaner sources. 14. Life Expectancy increased from 69 in 2014 to 72.5 in 2025 15. The PM Gati Shakti Master Plan (PMGS-NMP) is India's national initiative for integrated, holistic infrastructure development, using a digital platform to connect ministries for planning railways, roads, ports, airports, mass transit, and waterways (the "7 Engines") to boost logistics efficiency and economic growth 16. khavda solar park - 30 GW from Solar and Wind turbines 17 . Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) - India's longest bridge 18. Delhi–Mumbai expressway 19. Noida International Airport 20. Navi Mumbai International Airport 21. Chenab Railway Bridge 22. PM Gati Shakti Master Plan 23. Don't forget the removal of Article 370 24. India stopped land exports to Bangladesh due to which Bangladesh textile exports fell and Indian Textile exports increased 9.4% in November at the same time Quote

Look at politics in advanced economies like US for example. Even after huge debates, always the wrong decision is taken. I would be fine after the Congress party is reformed and the Gandhis are kicked out. They are eagerly waiting to sell the country to Pakistan. Quote

If you have read my detailed post further and researched on it...you will understand that its not as fu'd up as you think it is. I was able to do multiple registrations and land conversions, and other such tasks involving govt officies without a single Rupee in bribes in Hyderabad. Was pleasantly surprised. Some of them still asked for money....but I plainly refused and the work still got done. We still had to pay in a case outside of hyderabad but due to everything being digitial it was 10% of what we would have paid 10 years ago...even with rupee depreciation. We are also moving back to India after detailed research. Life in India is much smoother provided you have setup passive income. Compared to US lifestyle its 10 times better. Quote

Instead of investing into something that has peaked and about to go down, its better to bet on an underdog which is poised to go up in future. US has peaked and is declining ... in terms of demographics, in terms of culture, in terms of economic opportunities and in terms of growth. They raked up huge debt and dedollarization is in full swing. You might have already noticed that its geopolitical influence has declined considerably. Agree that India hasn't been good for so many years. Which is the reason as to why I left as well. But its a different India right now and is going to be much better 5 years down the line. People moving back to India have 10Xed in the last 5 years and the feedback I got has been overwhelmingly positive to a large extent except for a few who don't have any passive in come and are completely dependent on their jobs.
