US work culture has changed quite a bit.

TCS and Infosys have been taking over many companies as well.

When I first came to US, the work culture was awesome....not anymore.

In India, you atleast have the support system. My relatives don't have to worry about getting groceries, cooking food or cleaning.

They have maids. 

They can also be there and take care of their parents. Kids also get quality time with their grandparents.

Grandparents also became healtheir in the presence of grandkids. They had been experiencing loneliness here in US.

They say India changed a lot and difficult to recreate old India but they are comparatively less lonely there.

Literally no reason for youth working in corporates to move to India what will they even work in that's not there in the u.s? 10 minute delivery companies started by indians ?

May be Father don't have trust in the system and leadership yemo. Denmark I don't know but from beginning adhe ga anna nenu chepthundhi anywhere but not in India. Paari pothunnaru antha. Many here logic points data anukunta vastharu but I am saying in simple language. Adhe naaku vaallaki theda. When I graduated, my dream salary was 10000Rs and then when I came to US, starting salary was around 70k.

You can buy acres of land in India with that money. There was no h1b lottery and lots of hope to get GC in 5-6 years. It took much longer though. There were no product companies in India during that time. Lot of students used to get scholarship as well for masters education and there were many cheap colleges.

But for the kids coming now, what hope or advantage against India do they have?

You can talk about faang salaries but if you are that good, you can get very good packages in India itself.

So, why should the middle class come to US?
