If you mean Citizens of India moving out then you have emigration statistics. 

And if you are saying more citizens of india are coming back than moving out then its just your expat group example. The fact is more indian citizens are moving out than indian citizens coming back. 

Post some verifiable facts instead of saying my whatsapp group or my expat group. 

As I said, as India becomes a middle income country the outbound flow will definitely reduce. 

What you are claiming that I have said is completely wrong. Read this thread once again. You should find your answer.
