What's wrong in that ? Immigration should only be allowed for exceptionally high skilled people who would bring in skills not available in the country.

And some people are mentioning about trumps parent or trumps wife but they are all Europeans ,anglo- saxon people who founded the country are Europeans.they have similar culture ,if tamil people migrated to andhra or telugu people migrate to T.N they will assimilate to the culture there but not the case with north indian indo-aryan people migrating here.

It's not black and white ,it's a gradient.

The shift in culture is gradual ,but if there is a big inflow of a completely different culture then it causes problems because of friction.

That's the reason you need strict filters because smart people can adapt easily.

South Asians esp from Bang,ind,pak plus mena muslim people are the ones who don't assimilate at all .

Most of them are concentrated in cities in a few states which makes them a noticable percentage.
