Mid 2022 and early 23 lo konnollu have seen the highest drop in value. If its their primary residence and not in a hurry to sell, no need to bother.

Austin never had economy to sustain that big prices. Edo covid kukkala hadabidi chesaru but its all cooling now. It was always a sleepy town and it will become sleepy again. No proper roads infrastructure like big cities, No professional sports teams, Mid size airport not suitable for intl travel or for travelling consultants. 

Big company moves are for tax purpose only. The brains/R&D centers for all those companies are still in CA only, only mid level coding work being sent to Austin.

Dallas has the same infra as Houston, the largest city of texas. Austin is no where match to those levels of roads and expendable area. Austin is hilly and does not support the level of expansion needed to cater the population. Covid boom town ga migilipoddi austin.

Dallas def has good infrastructure and is a big city. But too much nuisance. 
What about opportunities? A lot of companies moved to Austin. Still the same case? Of course not comparable with opportunities in Dallas.
