Lot of parents suffering also anna. Personally my uncle is trying hard to get daughter married. She is 32 now, working in PwC as Sr Manager in US. Every match ki edo oka vanka. 

Uncle asked me to enquire if she has a BF. I asked directly, cheppindi ledu anna, alantidi unte cheppi chesukuntanu ani. Totally hands up. Parents literally crying. They have been trying since she was 28.

Love marriage cheskunevadu 30+ varaku aagadu anna.. I am talking about the regular ppl who don’t have the skills to get a girl or cannot commit to one before 30’s..

People who depend on love are the ones who are not getting married.  

And regarding skills. Except 2, rest of the girls in my class married their classmates.

Are these love marriages? I say it is classroom diddhina kaapuralu....ante classroom arranged marriages.

Many love marriages are also harmone diddhina kapuralu. Try some boys and girls, whoever works out, its love. They usually have higher body counts on an average.

 

The 2 girls that didn't get into love business were high achievers. They topped in India....went to US and topped there as well. They didn't have time for other activities.

One of the girls married my friend through Arranged marriage. He is also an over achiever. 

 

And arranged marriage people who are marrying late isn't because of the system....its because of false concepts like getting financially settled before marriage etc. Lot of people I know had early arranged marriages and are very happy. Love married couples are also very happy.

Arranged are also not perfect. There are many where the criteria is money or parent pressure rathar than compatibility. 

 

 

I feel that this debate of Arranged Marriages vs Love marriage is stupid, as things depend on people and circumstances. Both are needed for society to thrive.

Problem is when we say one system is better than another. If you force arranged marriages, freedom will suffer. It will become like a communist country

And if you force love marriages, there will be societal collapse.

 

So, its a time waste discussion driven by ego which says my way is highway.

Issue is not about love or arranged.. or even morality of going through multiple partners..it is about getting married early or late.. 

love marriage from college or job - idi mostly early ga ne aipothundi.. parents involvement kuda undadu, except for the wedding.. 

adi avvakapothe, parents konchem strong ga undi matches choosi, convince chesi marriage cheyyakapothe, guys or girls will keep delaying it until they find their so called ideal match.. 

fate bagokapothe, both arranged and love marriages can fail too.. 

nenu, inko friend na circle lo iddaru friends ki, valla lovers tho, chala hurdles cross chesi, cinema style lo, Arya samaj lo valla girl friends tho marriage chesaamu.. one couple is doing great now.. inko couple marriage ayina 7 years ki divorce thiskunnaru due to compatibility issues, even though they have a kid..
