i don't think the job market is going to get better ever again, unlike the previous slumps this time firings are happening majorly because of companies adapting AI and oka sari AI adaptation valla poina jobs malli open avvav in the future and deenki thodu AI valla people have completely stopped learning and are completely depending on AI to troubleshoot the errors and bugs
