Now the gap has been reduced. US has been becoming poor. US doctors, mechanics, dentists wherever you go they try to fleece you of your money. They have to pay their rents. Atleast in India, you can find doctors with much better experience and integrity not because they are better people than those in US...its just that they have very less rents to pay and have lot of patients from where they get money. Doctors understand Indian body and have better experience in India because they see more people and are not scared all the time of malpractice lawsuits. People in my circle got health scares and my close friend thought he was going to die(He got better just by taking a tablet for 7 days in India). There were many false diagnosis by the medical equipment here in US. They initially refused to go to India thinking its going to be even bad there. But they all had darn good experience by Indian doctors. Even I was told that I "might" have cancer after looking at lab reports. An Indian doctor over a video call dismissed it after just looking at me....not even the report. He said he is 100% sure... I can double check at another lab if I wanted to be sure. I did and he was right. Medical tourism is at an all time high from advanced countries. Decency in USA my foot. Its a sinking ship. Look at their debt levels and countries leaving Dollar. Brics dumped 39Bil in US Treasuries last month. FED has now resorted to buying Treasuries as noone else wants them. Car companies are going...except for tesla which is also losing market in China,. FORD took a loss and stopped all EV manufacturing. Indian cars are coming out as well. With India increasing R&D expenditure, more talent is going to be retained. UPI destroyed VISA and Mastercard in India. Now India is helping Africa setup its own UPI. Not saying US is going to get bankrupt.....but its going to be a multi polar world now and India is catching up rapidly. Not saying India is better. People are brainwashed into thinking US is great after living here, just as they were brainwashed into thinking that India was the best before they came to US. Not saying India is better. You need to have a minimum of 60k-1 Lakh in passive income which is very easy for people who lived in US. Cashflow matters more than properties. Also, don't forget, we are locals in India healthcare u nailed it Quote

filmcritick Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago The problem with India - it is dirty, especially in Tier1 cities. I lived in Jaya Nagar/JP Nagar for a week. You cannot walk. ppl hold their wet garbage in hand and throw it on the main road while going on a bike. Auto drivers stop at the iconic Lalbagh.. use Lalbagh (newly painted) wall for restroom, though there is publcly available restroom 100 mts away. ppls mindset should change. Cleanliness is/was never part of the basic education. Not sure if it matters in any tier2 cities. Quote

Never got married and started with good IT jobs. Moved to Bangalore, and all 3 were making good money. Bought a good apartment. After a year this apartment appreciated 100%, they rented this and bought another in a posh locality which had a lot of amenities. They also have around 10-15 acres of land in Andhra. Very fertile land. Two years into the job, the guy left the job and pursued a philosophical and philanthropic path. Both the girls continued the job for another 5 years. Lands in Andhra and the 2 apartments in bangalore appreciated a lot. During this 6-7 yrs time they bought lands left and right in and around hyd which were sold for peanuts. Finally all 3 left jobs by year 9. Guy after year 2, 1 girl after year 6, another girl after year 9. They wanted to do agriculture. They sold 3-4 acres land in andhra and bought 20 acres in bangalore outskirts. They also bought a huge villa for 2 cr. The villa is worth 7-8X and land in blr also same. Their worth is probably more than 100 cr now. They sold some of the plots in hyd and bought a 25 or 30 acre land 100 km from hyd to setup their own meditation center. Never chased anything in life. They lead a simple life. Wake up at 5 AM. Go to sleep by 8 PM. Busy rest of the time putting together plans for their meditation center. anna, yeedho DDLJ story raasinattu raasaavu, yeenti freshers gaa job cheesi ---> flats, apartments, prime area investments, left & right lands, East & West properties, empty lands, high rise buildings ... that too all in 9 years.. arei arei ... yeentra idhi?
