it's surrounded Guntur, vijaywada..not just amaravati....lot of traffic will go through this route from southern states to north and east.

Both should get credit....CBN initiated back in early 2000, route map created and govt started acquiring affected lands. Then YSR came into power, obviously he changed the route map suitable to his team interest, but didnt stop and continued the work and made sure both airport and ORR is opened on time.

MS came to HYD bcz of CBN .. maybe ONE pulka forgot ...utter useless fellow ..
