i recommened buy curd directly from store, malai curd is very good

for kid A2 from Costco or go to wholefoods and buy that directly...there was a brand which became famous from wholefoods they sell that in glass bottle ..its expensive

Amul milk from Costco... todu veste manchi gatti perugu... normal pasteurized milk anukunta.. I don't drink milk but perugu rojuku rendu putalu lekapothe 100 crores loss ayina feeling vuntadi... no dabba perugu.. only home made perugu

difference between cow milk and buffalo milk.

Also, only nj/ny and chicago lone vunnattundi Amul supply. Not at all places.

I have totally avoided milk for myself and partner. Only children consume to an extent.

I bought WMF Coffee machine from Germany and use Coffee beans of all origins .... from SriLanka to Brazil.

I consume only Americano (no Espresso any longer because its producing acidic reflux) from WMF machines

 

NB: Thanks to Americans, during WW-2, American soldiers outsourced to Europe hated Espresso of Europe, so they diluted and created Americano

Milk also has saturated fat content. Make sure its in limit.

First find out whether your body is lactose intolerant or not. Most South Indians have genetic predisposition to lactose intolerance.
